Grasmere and Loughrigg Fell

This walk is a fantastic introduction to hill walking, as we take in one of the smaller fells, but with big views! From the village of Grasmere the route takes a loop of two lakes: Grasmere and Rydal Water. As well as Loughrigg Fell with stunning views over Grasmere, Langdale, Windermere and beyond (option to stay lower as well), we also go through some lovely woodland, explore a cave at an old quarry site, and hug the lake shores.
